With heavy hearts we announce the passing of our friend and founder, Clark Gillies.

Clark was a beloved husband, father and grandfather. He loved his family with every ounce of his being.

He was a friend to everyone he met and made an impression on each of us, especially the Long Island community and the hockey world, as a Hall of Famer and 4-time Stanley Cup champion with the New York Islanders.

No one loved life more than Clark and we know he would want us to live on, laugh loudly, and continue his mission of raising awareness for pediatric cancer.

If you wish to pay tribute to Clark, you can make a donation to the Clark Gillies Foundation here.

#9 in our hearts forever.

Welcome to the Clark Gillies Foundation

The Clark Gillies Foundation is a non-profit corporation developed to help children who are physically, mentally, or financially challenged. Our goal is to help children improve the quality of life for them and their family during difficult circumstances. We have traditionally allocated 100 percent of the funds raised at various events to help children, thanks to the donations of many organizations and individuals. Our continued progress depends on the charity of others. Explore this site and find out how you can help.
