The Foundation
The Clark Gillies Foundation is a non-profit corporation developed to help children who are physically and/or financially handicapped. This assistance can be in the form of medical payments, family financial aid, sporting equipment, etc. Our goal is to help children improve the quality of life and encourage participation in sports as a way of life enhancement.
We have been able to earmark 100% of the money raised at various events to help children, thanks to the donations of various corporations and individuals. We are fortunate to have volunteer staff and donated office space and expenses.
The Clark Gillies Pediatric Unit at Huntington Hospital is one project that we have been passionate about. This pediatric unit is a vital resource for families throughout the community. This unit has been named after Clark and his foundation, which raised one million dollars to help fund the construction of the unit.
